Does FieldSignal really work with no signal?
Yes. Capture, checklists, drawings, GPS tracks, and cached maps all work fully offline. The app syncs automatically when a connection returns.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the paid period. After that your account reverts to the free tier — your data is not deleted, and you can export everything in JSON or CSV at any time.
Who owns the field data?
You do. FieldSignal stores and processes it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Can I add or remove seats mid-term?
Yes. Team owners manage seats in the billing portal; changes are prorated by Stripe.
How does the 14-day trial work?

Why are individual plans purchased in the app but team plans on the website?
Individual subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Team plans are billed directly through Stripe, which lets us manage seats and invoicing properly. Same app either way.
How does the team claim code work?
After checkout you receive a one-time claim code on the confirmation page and by email. Open FieldSignal, redeem the code, and your team is upgraded and linked to your subscription.
What is your refund policy?
Team plans are billed directly by Fieldsignal LLC via Stripe. If you're not satisfied, contact info@fieldsignal.com within 14 days of your first purchase for a full refund. After that, you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period; we don't prorate partial periods except where required by law. Individual subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies.
Is my price locked?
Founding Members' US-dollar price is locked for five years from joining. If your app store bills you in another currency, it sets your local price and may adjust it up or down between renewals; you can cancel at any time. Other plans renew at the then-current price, with notice per your app store's or Stripe's terms.
