The first 100 set the price for the next five years

These Offer Terms govern the FieldSignal Founding Member subscription (the "Founding Member Plan"). They supplement the FieldSignal Terms of Service (fieldsignal.com/terms), which apply to your use of FieldSignal generally. If these Offer Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on a matter specific to the Founding Member Plan, these Offer Terms control. Plain-language summaries of this offer on our website or in the app are for convenience only; these Offer Terms are the binding version.

1. The offer

The Founding Member Plan is an annual subscription to FieldSignal at the Professional feature level, priced at US $129 per year, available only during the offer window described in Section 2 and only while founding seats remain. If your app store bills you in another currency, you pay the price that store sets for your country — see Section 3.

2. Availability: 100 seats, limited window

• Seats. A maximum of 100 Founding Member seats are available, counted across iOS and Android combined, first come, first served. A seat is taken when a Founding Member purchase completes in the app.
• Window. The offer closes on 31 March 2027 or when all 100 seats are taken, whichever happens first. After that, the Founding Member Plan is no longer available to new subscribers.
• One Founding Member seat per person and per FieldSignal account. Seats are personal to the account that purchased them and are non-transferable.

3. Price and billing

• The Founding Member Plan is billed annually through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you purchased it. There is no monthly billing option.
• What you actually pay. The price above is set in US dollars. Apple and Google set their own price for each country, in that country's currency; this is not a live currency conversion. Your local price is a fixed amount chosen by the store, reflecting exchange rates and local tax treatment — so it may not be the exact equivalent of US $129 on any given day, and where your store shows tax-inclusive prices, as in the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia, the amount shown includes that tax. Your app store shows you the exact price in your own currency before you subscribe, and that is the amount you are charged. The store may change that local amount from time to time; Section 4 explains what that means for your five-year price lock.
• Your subscription renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing year. Refunds for Founding Member purchases are handled under Apple's or Google's refund policies.

4. Five-year price lock

• Your renewal price is locked at US $129 per year for five years from the date you join (your first Founding Member purchase).
• You pay in your own currency, and that amount can move. Your app store sets the local price for your country and may adjust it up or down during the five years if exchange rates or local tax rates change. What we lock is the US-dollar price — we do not control what your store charges in your currency. You can cancel at any time in your app store's subscription settings, so you are never held to a higher local price.
• If you cancel, the lock ends. If you cancel your subscription, your Founding Member status and price lock end when the subscription ends, and cannot be restored afterwards — even if the offer window is still open.
• A failed payment does not end it straight away. If a renewal payment fails, we will not treat your Founding Member status as lost while the app store's billing grace period is running, and we will give you a further 30 days after that period ends to put it right. If the payment is still unresolved at the end of those 30 days, the subscription lapses and the price lock ends. Sort the payment out within that window and nothing is lost.

5. After year five

At the end of the five-year lock, your subscription renews at the then-current FieldSignal Professional annual price minus a standing 15% founding discount. This discount is permanent for as long as you remain continuously subscribed, and is personal and non-transferable. Renewal pricing after year five will be shown through your app store before you are charged, as the stores require.

6. What's included

Founding Member gives you FieldSignal Professional. It is the same plan, with the same features, and no usage limits beyond those that apply to Professional generally. If we add a feature to Professional, you get it.

We may introduce fair-use limits in future to protect the service against abnormal or abusive use. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice, they will be no more restrictive for you than for any other Professional subscriber, and they will not be used to differentiate Founding Member from Professional.

7. General

• We may correct genuine errors in the offer's presentation and may refuse or revoke a seat obtained through fraud, abuse of the seat cap, or violation of the Terms of Service.
• These Offer Terms are effective as of the date above and apply to all Founding Member purchases. If we change these terms, changes will not reduce the core benefits in Sections 4–6 for existing Founding Members.
• These Offer Terms are published in English, and the English version is the original. Where we also publish them in Spanish, French, Brazilian Portuguese or German, and you are a consumer, then where that version differs from the English version, whichever is more favourable to you applies.
• Questions: info@fieldsignal.com. You may write to us in English, Spanish, French, Brazilian Portuguese or German, and we will answer you in that language. Where the mandatory law of your country requires these Offer Terms, or any part of them, to be provided to you in your own language, that law prevails.
